I am requesting the Incident Report that occured at Thames High School
(300 Sealey Street, Thames 3500) on the 12th of March 2024. 

 

I have considered your request under the Official Information Act
1982, and provide the following response. 

o The incident you refer to appears to be an incident involving an
individual at the Thames High School.
o In the absence of verified identification, a privacy waiver or any
identifiable link to the individuals involved, no information will be
released in relation to this matter in respect of Section 9(2)(a) of
the Official Information Act 1982 - Protect privacy of the natural
person.
o You may wish to consider directing your request to the Thames High
School for them to consider whether to release the information you
have requested.
o Any future requests for information in relation to this matter would
require you providing verified identification and a privacy waiver.
This would be via a new request.

Please consider this request now closed.

 

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are
not satisfied with Police’s response to your request.
