The information you have requested is more closely connected with the
functions of the Ministry of Transport than with NZ Transport Agency Waka
Kotahi. Section 14 of the Act permits the transfer of a request if it is
more closely connected with the functions of another agency. As the
Ministry has already received the same request, this email is to notify
you that NZTA has cancelled your request and the Ministry will be
providing the response. Unless more time is required, you can expect to
