Could you please provide details on the budget for the Treaty Principles Bill.

In particular:
if there is a budget for the bill
how much is budgeted for the bill
if contractors have been employed since 20 November 2023 to work on the Bill
the number of contractors and cost to date of the contractors working on the bill
