University of Auckland
Dear Luke,
I refer to your request of 15 January 2024. The information requested is
attached, subject to the following:
o The University does not hold final mark statistics. Grades, not marks,
are the University's final measure of academic assessment. Marks are
used for initial calculation of grades (see
[1]https://cdn.auckland.ac.nz/assets/auckla...)
but grades may be subsequently changed for various reasons, such as
aegrotat/compassionate consideration or academic misconduct. This
constitutes a partial refusal of your request under section 18(g) of
the OIA.
o POPLHLTH 719 courses have not been offered or have no students
enrolled for the period specified in your request. This constitutes a
partial refusal of your request under section 18(g) of the OIA.
o The grade information requested for the MAORIHLTH 709 S2 2023 course
is withheld under section 9(2)(a) to protect the privacy of those
students.
You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
Yours sincerely,
Landon Watt
