o The University does not hold final mark statistics. Grades, not marks,
are the University's final measure of academic assessment. Marks are
used for initial calculation of grades (see

but grades may be subsequently changed for various reasons, such as
aegrotat/compassionate consideration or academic misconduct. This
constitutes a partial refusal of your request under section 18(g) of
the OIA.
o BIOINF 701, 702, 703, 704, BIOSCI 728, EXERSCI 703, 712, MEDSCI 711,
719, 725, 736 and POPLHLTH 738, 763 courses have not been offered or
have no students enrolled for 2023. This constitutes a partial refusal
of your request under section 18(g) of the OIA.
o The grade information requested for the following courses is withheld
under section 9(2)(a) to protect the privacy of those students:
