    Dear Mr McGinnis,

I refer to your requests of 25 January 2022 and 26 January 2022 for
information concerning academic performance in University of Auckland
 courses.

We have decided to grant your requests. However, given the amount of
resource required to process your request, we have decided to charge for
making the requested information available. In accordance with the 2002
Ministry of Justice Official Information Act charging guidelines, these
two requests have been aggregated for charging purposes. This means that
the University would charge $76 per hour (to the nearest half-hour) for
the staff time required to make the information requested available to
you. We estimate that the maximum charge for your requests will be $228.
Before we proceed further with your request, please confirm your agreement
to the charge – we will then provide you with instructions on how to pay
the charge. Any unused component of this charge will be refunded to you.

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
 dissatisfied with this response.
