HSFY Individual grade averages 2022
M. Briggs made this Official Information request to University of Otago
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for M. Briggs to read recent responses and update the status.
From: M. Briggs
Dear University of Otago,
I am making an OIA request for a spreadsheet or document containing the top 280 confirmed individual-level grade averages across the HSFY semester 1 and 2 papers for 2022. This includes the papers HUBS191, CELS191, PHSI191, and CHEM191 for semester 1; and HUBS192, BIOC192, POPH192 for semester 2. This need not contain further data other than their overall grade averages. I am asking for the specific grade percentage, not merely the grade letter. I can confirm I am currently in New Zealand as per section 12(1)(c) of the Act.
Yours faithfully,
Anon

Can I further this request by asking for the addition of the grades of 2022 HSFY students enrolled in MAOR192 or STAT115 in semester 2, into their overall Top 7 paper average across semesters 1 and 2. Essentially requesting the Top 7 paper average for 2022 HSFY students enrolled in CHEM191, PHSI191, HUBS191, CELS191, BIOC192, HUBS192, POPH192 AND/OR STAT115, MAOR192.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,

Thank you for your email. I acknowledge receipt of your further request for information under the Official Information Act.
Would it be possible to please clarify your request? The University of Otago does not offer a MAOR192 paper - alternatively, MAOR102 and MAOR110 are offered as optional 8th papers for the HSFY programme. Could you please advise which of these papers you would like included?
We will wait to hear back from you before we continue to process your request.
Ngā mihi
Kelsey
