Dear Government Services,

Given in the earlier request Dr Collier had been 'consulted with' by ACC, it would be more prudent for transparency sake to have requested a formal written reply by Colliers 'Clinic'.

In the event the Ombudsmen carry's out a formal investigation of whether the information disclosed by the Corp is infact true, the ACC could be seen to be obstructing justice to a greater problem.

The Ombudsmen I can only assume uses written/Hard Copy/Electronic facts, recollection via a phone call would be 'Incredulous'?

1/ Would the Corporation consider obtaining a signed letter by Dr Collier confirming contact regarding this request

2/ Would the Corporation consider obtaining confirmation that Dr Collier has always complied with the appropriate contract. In particular Twenty (20) hours per week in a staffed clinic as a private consultant to the wider public.

Yours sincerely,

Anthony Jordan

Dear Mr Jordan

Thank you for your email of 15 October 2015, which relates to ACC’s consultation with Dr Collier noted in our response of 27 March 2014. ACC has carefully considered the issues you have raised and is of the view that our response of 27 March 2014 was appropriate and complete.

ACC confirmed in 2014 that Dr Collier was working in excess of 20 hours per week. ACC does not consider further investigation is warranted at this stage.

Dear Government Services,

With the view of the Corporation, in good faith, assisting in obtaining information to verify and confirm compliance with contracts current and past , would an explanation be given what would justify to warrant further 'investigation'

Yours sincerely,

Dear Government Services,

I don't believe it is upto the Corporation to dictate how a request for Public Information should be obtained outside of this forum. Be advised so's to avoid any delay, an application will be made to Ombudsman.

Yours sincerely,

Anthony Jordan
