I'm writing to request a copy of the draft regulatory impact statement for the repealing of the Clean Car Rebate referred to by Simeon Brown earlier today. I believe release of this information is in the public's interest. I will note the timeliness of this request, with the rebate due to be repealed in the near future, and note that the Official Information Act states information should be released as soon as practicable, and that the 20 working days stated in the act is a limit, not a target.
