A search on the NZ Gazette for
“health Act” notices does not appear to list the appointment of these officers .

In order to respond to your request, could you please clarify the
information you are seeking regarding the above questions.
 

* There are many statutory officers, many more than four. Are you asking
for the four regional public health leads? Or all statutory officers?
* Please confirm what you mean by notifications?

  
Please note, under section 15 of the Official Information Act 1982, any
clarification or amendments made to a request within seven days after the
date it is received, that request may be treated as a new request and the
time limit for the response restarts.

My original question has a url to the statutory officers section of the ministry’s website. The type of officer was always In The original OIA request. The link in your reply appears obfuscated with outlook links, however you will see the link at the start of my request is for statutory officers
