2. Any Notifications these Public officers of health from Dec 2019 until the present day .
On 16 January 2024, we contacted you and advised in order to respond to your request we needed
to clarify the below:
• There are many statutory officers, many more than four. Are you asking for the four
regional public health leads? Or all statutory officers?
• Please confirm what you mean by notifications?
Unfortunately, as Te Whatu Ora has not received a response from you regarding clarification, your
request is refused under 18(g) of the Act, as the request was not made with due particularity so is
not a valid Of icial Information Act request. We remain open to working with you on a refined request.
