Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

On March 13, 2012 - The Dominion Post revealed ACC breached the privacy of 6500 ACC clients, including rape victims, by sending their details to an ACC client.

I request the following information be made available:

How many Privacy Breaches by ACC and or their Service Providers have occurred since 13 March 2012 to the end of 2014 ?
