DNA plasmids and SV40 in mRNA covid 19 vaccines

nikita mahendra made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

The request was refused by Ministry of Health.

From: nikita mahendra

Dear Ministry of Health,

Do you have any report or study to prove the covid 19 mrna injections are free from DNA plasmids and SV40?

If no, are we to assume that MEDSAFE in NZ just trusted the pharma company no questions asked?

Yours faithfully,

nikita mahendra

Dear OIA Requests,

Could you please specify:
1. Which agency performs the tests in NZ,
2. What is the acceptable level of DNA alllowed in these injections?
3. Who are these scientific community or experts that you refer to in your response.

If you can point out individuals and their publications in counter claims than you must also provide names of agencies or scientific experts who are rejecting these claims instead of making generic statements.

Hope to get a better transparent response this time.

Sincerely,

Nikita Mahendra

Yours sincerely,

Unfortunately no transparency on any of the questions.
Regarding item 3, the Chris James response makes an appeal to authority with comments like:
“This claim has been rejected by the scientific community.... experts have noted that to date .... Further, they note” etc
The requestor then asks for details on the source of the appeal to authority, then Chris James refuses to answer claiming the defense of creating new information and also attacks the motives of the requestor. Hence I would says this is either:
- a stunning fail in logic (appeal to authority and the authority is not even revealed)
OR
- an admission that he made up the comments
So a very poor response and a pretty good basis for a complaint to the ombudsman I think.

You are absolutely right Mr Bell.

Your annotation and views are much appreciated in the world which lacks critical thinking, transparency and accountability.
