Dear Ruapehu District Council,
Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act, I request the following:
- Itemised expense claims made by RDC mayor Weston Kirton and RDC CEO Clive Manly for the last financial year.
- Itemised expense claims made by RDC mayor Weston Kirton and RDC CEO Clive Manly for the current financial year to present date.
(For the avoidance of doubt, please include expenses paid for on behalf of the two, i.e. the mayor or CEO's accommodation, food/beverages and entertainment etc.

Please find attached the information that you requested from Ruapehu
District Council under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act.
The first request asked for copies of credit card statements for our CEO
and Mayor.
We use the flexi-purchase system so don’t get bank statements for these.
Transactions for Mayor Kirton are in the attached file for both financial
years
Clive Manly does not have a credit card and didn’t in the 2022-23 year
either.
The second request asked for itemised expense claims for our CEO and Mayor
The expense claims have been itemised for Mayor Kirton in
the attached file.
Clive Manly did not submit any expense claims for either
year.
