In August 2022 Minister Megan Woods decided that x2 long standing board members who had been there over a decade needed to be rotated off. I then put my hand up to go as well.
In August 2023 x4 members including myself, were replaced. One of the remaining members is a person that Minister Woods wanted off yet somehow was kept whilst she removed another who was completely blind sided. The person retained is on several MBIE Adminstered Boards.
Something dodgy happened and Paul Metcalfs request for an extension is just a part of.
