I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Andrew Arkins, and I am writing to make a formal request for information regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and Unidentified Submersible Objects (USOs) under the Official Information Act 1982.

As a concerned citizen with a genuine interest in matters of national security and public curiosity, I believe it is essential to gain a comprehensive understanding of any information or investigations related to UAP, USO and UFO incidents that may have been identified or monitored by the New Zealand Defence Force.

Under the provisions of the Official Information Act, I kindly request access to any documents, reports, or records that specifically pertain to UAP, UFO and USO phenomena within the NZDF's purview. This includes any intelligence assessments, data analyses, or other relevant documentation concerning such occurrences.

I understand that certain considerations may apply to the release of information under the Act, and I assure you that the purpose of this request is purely for personal research and informational purposes. I will handle any information received with the utmost confidentiality and responsibility.
