Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

1. Please confirm the date INZ stopped publishing its physical office
addresses (or ceased public access).

 

2. Provide all statistical records, incident reports, relating to members
of organisation, officers and employees of Immigration New Zealand having
received improper pressure or harrassment (as a result of having the
office address published, i.e. from a member of the public visiting the
office), for the five years immediately preceding the date above (point
1). And provide a breakdown of the number of incidents per month for each
INZ branch in New Zealand.

 

3. Provide a breakdown of the number of "customer meetings" that occurred
per month for each INZ branch in New Zealand from the date above (point
1).

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 30 October 2023, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then,
we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  If you have any
