Why did you take 20 working days to confirm "we don't have any data"? It would appear that you are taking as long as possible to answer a question which you could have answered within the first week. I see from other replies about Central Otago airport that you are answering back using a template, so this "letter" was probably only one or two paragraphs.

Why the delay and max. use of time?
