Dear Far North District Council,
On 21 February 2023, Stuart Hofstetter, Building compliance Officer (and teamleader) for the FNDC came to our property on 28 Derrick Road, saying that he was there because of an anonymous complaint concerning the verandah (the deck roof). That was quickly resolved as we had the original permit drawing. He also said that a complaint had been made about unspecified earthworks and that Diego Solate Garcia would be dealing with the earthworks part of the complaint.

We would like to know the dates of these complaints, and the text of the complaints.
