Make the switch to e-billing today!

From 1 January 2023, we will charge $1.20 (inc. GST) for bills delivered
by post. This charge covers the cost of printing and posting paper bills,
so [5]sign up for e-billing to avoid this charge while helping the
environment.

 

Billing & Payment enquiries:

If you have a billing enquiry such as making a payment, setting up
e-billing, or updating your contact details, you can do this online
via [6]MyAccount.

 

If you have received an estimated bill which is higher or lower than
expected, the balance will be adjusted accordingly on your next bill, or
when we can safely carry out an actual reading. 

 

If you have applied for a refund, leak allowance, or any other service,
applications are processed within 10-15 working days. 

Special Readings:

Special & Final reading requests will be processed in order of booking
date, rather than in the order received.

For urgent leaks or wastewater issues: 
Please call us on 09 442 2222 (press 1) or log this through our [7]chat
service. All leaks are attended to in order of priority and safety. If you
have already reported a leak and it appears to be getting worse, please
call us so we can keep our crew updated.
