Good morning Cam,

Thank you for your request to Kâinga Ora, dated 12 June 2023, for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA):

"How many homes will be built on the $70.4m land purchased in 2021, in Tauriko West, and when said houses can/will be delivered."

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 10 July 2023, being 20 working days after the day your request was received by Kâinga Ora in accordance with section 15(1) of the OIA.

If we are unable to respond to your request by the due date, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your request is required to enable a decision to be made.
