Could you please provide data showing the number of tenancies grouped by
length of tenancy, by local authority area? I suggest the following as a
format:

Columns:

Local Authority area, 1 to 5 years, 6 to 10 years, 11 to 15 years, 16 to
20 years, etc e.g. Ashburton, 10 tenants, 5 tenants, etc

 

You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 6 July
2023, being 20 working days after the day on which the request was
received in accordance with section 15(1) of the Act. If an extension of
time is required to make a decision you will be notified prior to this
date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
