I am contacting you to request information regarding the GPA distribution in the BSc and BA programmes. If this data is currently unavailable due to ongoing courses, I would appreciate obtaining the average GPA for the 2022 graduates from each programme instead. If feasible, please provide the average GPA and standard deviation for both degree programmes. Please inform me if you require any further clarification regarding this inquiry.

Kia ora Mr Donovan, further to your Official Information Act request dated 4 June 2023 requesting GPA distribution information for the BSc and BA programmes, could you please clarify your request.

We can provide annual GPA for 2022, however because 2023 courses are currently on-going we are only able to provide cumulative GPA for results so far in 2023. We could also provide annual GPA for 2023 Summer School results if required.

Could you please clarify whether you would like the 2022 annual GPA average, 2023 cumulative GPA average and SD, or 2023 Summer School annual GPA average and SD for the BSc and BA programmes.

We will wait to hear from you before we continue to process your request.

Thanks for the reply. The 2022 annual GPA average and SD for the BSc and BA programmes will suffice - I don't need the cumulative data from 2023 or Summer School 2023.
