Hi Sarah, I hope you follow up because ACC clearly didn't give you ALL of the documents you requested. The Privacy Policy lists additional documents: Personal Information and Privacy Guidelines, the Privacy Maturity Plan, and the Information Management Policy. These were not in the bundle.

Might be worth requesting the checklists (like inbound and outbound documents), consent for disclosure forms and examples of a proper reports, as well as the guidelines that medical assessors are supposed to follow and a sample.

Clearly employees are not reporting privacy breaches - I've ACC breaching my rights under the Privacy Act in 8 different claims in October 2022, and I've raised additional complaints of breaches of privacy since then in these claims. We had a FairWay hearing in May 2023, which I will appeal to the District Court.
