Please find our response below.

 

These figures include the generator vans which are critical to the service
operating.

 

1) Wellington to Palmerston North - 210,190 litres

2) Wellington to Masterton - 598,310 litres

3) Te Huia - 508,520 litres

 

The figures for purely the locomotives and excluding generator vans would
be:

1) Wellington to Palmerston North - 185,685 litres

2) Wellington to Masterton - 500,690 litres

3) Te Huia - 411,170 litres
