Cyclelanes and Cycle paths master GIS data
Cody C made this Official Information request to Selwyn District Council
The request was successful.
From: Cody C
Dear Selwyn District Council,
Where can I find SDC's master GIS data of Cyclelanes / Cycle paths? Alternatively, a PDF will suffice if GIS data is unavailable.
Please do not provide open-sourced data, such as from OpenStreetMap.
Yours faithfully,
Cody C

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 22 May 2023, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
Please see below from the Ombudsman website information in relation to working days.
'Working day' means any day of the week other than:
Saturday and Sunday;
national public holidays (Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queen's Birthday, Labour Day), and regional anniversary days in the relevant region; and
the period from 20 December to 10 January inclusive.
A working day is not limited to 9am to 5pm. Therefore, if a request is received by email or other electronic means outside business hours, it will still be counted as being received on that day, and the count will start on the next working day.

Dear OIA,
Thank you - please do let the team know that that was very helpful. I have incorporated this information in OpenStreetMap, which is the system you referenced that CCC is using. You are, of course, also welcome to use & contribute to OpenStreetMap too.
Yours sincerely,
Cody C
