Dear Di Landy
Request for information
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request submitted
online. You requested:
We are requesting a transcript of the 111 calls made between the hours
10.30am-12.00pm requesting urgent assistance and attendence at Albert Park
Rotunda Auckland, at the Let Women Speak NZ Event hosting Kellie-Jay Keen
Minshul aka Posie Parker.
The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 17^th July 2023.
This extension is necessary because consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit and/or your request necessitates a
search through a large quantity of information and meeting the original
time limit would unreasonably interfere with Police’s operations.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are
not satisfied with the response to your request. Information about how to
make a complaint is available at: www.ombudsman.parliament.nz.
Yours Sincerely
Inspector George Fanamanu
District Operations Manager Auckland City
