Any current, or the most recent, list of aircrafts on the Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR List), also/now known as the ASDI Block list, including all of information contained in the list such as the registrations, ICAO code, date of request, requester and block level. This would be in an Excel table format if it exists.

 the following –
Any current, or the most recent, list of aircrafts on the Block Aircraft
 Registration Request (BARR List), also/now known as the ASDI Block list,
 including all of information contained in the list such as the
 registrations, ICAO code, date of request, requester and block level. This
 would be in an Excel table format if it exists.
We received your request on 3 April 2023. We will endeavour to respond to
 your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 4 May
 2023, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we
 are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
 extension of that timeframe.
Your request is being handled by the OIA team. If you have any queries,

CAA Response
 
The CAA does not have any function called the Block Aircraft Registration
 Request (BARR List) or the ASDI Block list. We must, therefore, refuse
 your information request under section 18 (e) of the Official Information
 Act as the requested information does not exist.
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of

I find the list online but is out of date and will like an updated list. I given you a more clearer understanding and hope it helps.
