Also, can you kindly provide how many wing patron nominations or referrals you have received since 1st January 2022 and how many you have accepted and how many you have declined. Are there any nominations or referrals not yet decided by the Commissioner?

We have followed up with the team responsible; there was an administrative error where the person allocated your request didn't receive the email notifying them of the allocation. We have fixed this issue so it won't happen again, and a response is currently being prepared for you. You do have the right to complain to the Ombudsman about this delay.
