From: Jessica Dingle

Dear KiwiRail,

I am looking for answers to the following questions:
1. How many of your level rail crossings have been evaluated and considered non-compliant? If any, where are they located?
2. How many of your level rail crossings have been upgraded in the last 5 years?
3. And how many of these upgrades have been funded in part and/or fully or upgraded as a joint (public and private) venture with a private developer? Can you please supply a description of each example i.e. where it is, what the improvement was and who paid / how big a contribution was made?

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Jessica Dingle
