Official Information request for information regarding Silverstream spur
forestry

 

I refer to your information request dated 3 November 2023 outlined below.

 

I would like all copies of emails, reports, discussion notes and any other
records relating to discussions between any council staff member/s and any
representative from Guildford Timber Company or any other such company
relating to removal or felling of the pine trees on the Silverstream spur
between January 2022 and the present day, in particular (but not limited
to) when these discussions concern the construction of any roading or
track, be it for forestry purposes or anything else on the spur or
adjacent land.

 

In response to your request, we have decided to refuse your request under
section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 as there is no additional information that we hold that has not
already been provided to you previously.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
