Where is money spent?

Charles Finley made this Official Information request to The Treasury

Response to this request is long overdue. By law The Treasury should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear The Treasury,

Please can you publish a list of 25 business that the public sector has spent the most money with over the last five years, and how much was spent with each business.

I would like to see whether it has changed over that time, what businesses they are, and what strategies are in place to manage the businesses.

Thank you for your reply, however it doesn’t fill me with confidence that the Treasury cannot answer this question.

Please can you point me towards a way of getting the information? If it isn’t held by treasury (which I am sure it must be?) then is it held by another department?

Also, what plans are in place which could support this question in the future?
