Please can you publish a list of 25 business that the public sector has spent the 
most money with over the last five years, and how much was spent with each 
business.  
 
I would like to see whether it has changed over that time, what businesses they 
are, and what strategies are in place to manage the businesses. 
 
The Treasury does not hold this information.  Therefore, your request is refused under 
section 18(e) of the OIA – the document alleged to contain the information requested 
does not exist or cannot be found.
