For above required clarification before covid-19 mean the all applications was held in process by INZ on the date of INZ stopped accepting new offshore application in Month of March 2020. (do not know exact day) so before covid-19 mean number of partnership based visitors visa of work visa holders applications being processed by INZ before 10 august 2020 and after 1st Aug 2022.
