Dear Aurora Tang,
Please find below my clarifications to your queries:
1. Total number of partnership based visa applications received in December 2018, January, February and March 2019 by INZ Mumbai. Please provide numbers for each month.
- I will just need Total number of partnership based visa applications accepted (not including Return Failure Lodgement).
2. Of the total number of partnership based visa applications received in December 2018, January, February and March 2019 by INZ Mumbai, how many have been processed as of today? Please provide numbers for each month.
- I require the total number of partnership based visa applications accepted (not including Return Failure Lodgement), including approved, declined and withdrawn) as of today or the latest date possible.
3. Total number of Partner of a New Zealander visitor visa applications received in December 2018, January, February and March 2019 by INZ Mumbai. Please provide numbers for each month.
- I will just need Total number of Partner of a New Zealander visitor visa applications accepted (not including Return Failure Lodgement).
4. Of the total number of Partner of a New Zealander visitor visa applications received in December 2018, January, February and March 2019 by INZ Mumbai, how many have been processed as of today? Please provide numbers for each month.
- I require the total number of Partner of a New Zealander visitor visa applications accepted (not including Return Failure Lodgement), including approved, declined and withdrawn) as of today or the latest date possible.
5. The exact date until which partnership based visa application processing has completed. You further clarified that you would like to know the date until which partnership based visa applications have completed processing. For eg: INZ Mumbai have completed processing all partnership applications received until 5th January 2019. All the pending applications, as of today, were received after 5th January 2019.
- Frankly, I did not expect the oldest application on hand to be older than December 2018. That's quite a shock, so I will rephrase and refine this question so it will become slightly easier for you and useful for me - From among the Partner of a New Zealander visitor visa applications that INZ Mumbai has received in the month of February 2019, until which date have they completed allocating to an Immigration Officer?.
-So for your convenience, I have limited the scope of this query to applications received between 1 February 2019 until 28 February 2019, as I do not have any need for data from 2017/2018. I have also limited the query to "Partner of a New Zealander visitor visa" applications received by INZ Mumbai. So within February 2019, which is the oldest (earliest date) application on hand and until which date (latest date) has INZ Mumbai completed allocating such applications to an Immigration Officer? I will just need the dates, not the application details.
Hope this clarifies your queries.
Yours sincerely,
Jacob Bobby E

Dear Aurora Tang,
Thank you for your detailed response. Appreciate the effort put to compile this. However, I require a bit more clarification with regards to the response.
1. Does the Visitor Visa Application Criteria - Partnership figures include both Partner of a New Zealander Visitor visa and General Visitor visa that is supported by a New Zealander partner . I am of the understanding that General Visitor visa applications supported by a New Zealander partner are being considered by INZ as partnership based.
2. Response to questions 5, 6 & 7 are outdated. Could you please provide the latest data for Q5, Q6 & Q7, especially for Q5, as we can assume the latest data for Q6 & Q7 easily based on the original response?
Yours sincerely,

Dear Aurora Tang,
Thank you for your response.
It seems there is some misunderstanding here. I do not require any additional data from you. All I want to know is :
For Q1, whether you have included “General Visitor visa that is supported by a New Zealander partner” figures in the data you provided or not.
For Q2, updated information as the data you provided originally were almost 25 days old.
Does it still have to be considered as a new OIA?
Yours sincerely,
Jacob Bobby E

Dear Jacob,
Since new data is required especially for Q2, so it is a new OIA.
Your understanding is appreciated.
