Dear New Zealand Parole Board,
I request the names, and details of the qualifications, of the psychologists and/or psychiatrists who wrote reports regarding Philip John SMITH alias Philip John TRAYNOR, who recently absconded from Springhill Prison. These reports are mentioned in the recent Parole Board decision. Please also provide copies of the reports, and all information about these reports.
