According to Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, Health NZ is now the owner of all health records formerly held by all DHBs.
Would you please provide me with the email address in which Privacy Act requests are to be sent to Health NZ as I cannot find this information on your website. If this information is publicly available, then I request the web address to the information.

Privacy Act Requests can be sent to [1][email address]. However,
as patient medical records are not centralised, but are kept and
maintained in the region where healthcare was provided, requests are
forwarded to the associated region for processing. Alternately, requests
can be sent directly to a region with links to local health websites found
