May I ask how many expression of interest you have received and how many
positions you are intend to appointed.

What is the pay rate for the panel member role and when you intend to
announce your appointment to the public.

 

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as
soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 28 November
2022. Please note that as the Act does not include the time period between
25 December and 15 January as working days, The latest date for a decision
on your request is 16 January 2023.
