MBIE has decided to grant your request. However, it will take us some time
to process and prepare the information for release.

We will send you the information as soon as it is ready and without undue
delay.

 

Some of the information requested has been withheld under section 6(c) of
the OIA as making the information available would be likely to prejudice

the maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation, and
detection of offences, and the right to a fair trial. Also some
information has been withheld under section 9(2)(a),

to protect the privacy of natural persons.

 

We expect to be able to provide you with this information by 12 December
2022.
