Staff turnover/end of employment/bullying
J Wright made this Official Information request to Health New Zealand
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Health New Zealand should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: J Wright
Dear Te Whatu Ora,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request:
- unplanned staff turnover rate for this year to date
- reasons provided for leaving
- number of personal grievances and their outcomes (how they were resolved and total amount paid, not required on an individual settlement level)
- total payouts to departing staff grouped by reason
- number of bullying complaints received year to date
- number of bullying investigations or disputes, including seperate counting of ongoing disputes
- quantitative data from staff satisfaction surveys or similar on experiences of bullying year to date
I seek for this information to be provided urgently as it is a matter of extreme public interest. Information can be provided in tranches if that enables it to be provided in a timely manner.
Yours faithfully
