1. You have asked me to clarify whether I meet the eligibility to make a request under the OIA. In particular, you have referenced section 12 of the OIA.
2. I can confirm that I do meet the eligibility criteria as stated by section 12(a) and section 12(c) of the OIA.
3. Furthermore, the OIA does not stipulate that I am required to give evidence in support of my eligibility criteria under section 12, only that to make a request I must be legally eligible.
4. Please continue to process this request. I will be happy to refer this request to the Ombudsman for investigation if necessary.
