Good Afternoon Everyone
Please find attached a draft copy of DARTs first monthly report for your consultation and feedback. Each month we
will focus on a different group or aspect of the disinformation space (focusing mostly on NZ) while our upcoming
weekly reports will provide the ‘news and weather’ for disinformation in NZ.
This month we are looking at arguably Aotearoa’s largest spreader of disinformation, 6(a), 6(c)
INFORMATION

We have gone for light and readable over a more in‐depth technical analysis (despite ending up with a lot of data we
could have used) and have focused on the groups content and messages rather than the group itself.
Please note that some of the tables and some of the graphics are “in‐progress” for this draft and will be updated for

this final version and full notes, methodology and an appendix of images and other samples will be included there as
well. None the less, any feedback on the reports content, flow or readability is appreciated and if you think we have
missed something or would like more detail please let us know.

Thanks for your email re our Quarterly Report.
We’re aware that VR software simulating adult sex is readily available commercially and also being actively developed. For instance, a wide array of such games are
available on the Steam platform. Interesting to hear about the recent Tokyo Game Show – the VR market is huge in Japan. Thanks for passing this on, its useful to consider
how children might be depicted in a similar manner.

I might, she may be aware but the report notes its on the darkweb while its already beyond that and being sold
commercially. Of course its not children in those things but the sexual modelling software has been around for over
a decade so you don’t need to look far as to where it will go.
