I refer to your official information request dated 14^th November 2022 for
additional information on the Grants awarded by Manawatū River Leaders’
Accord.

We have decided to grant your request. However, given the amount of
resource required to process your request, we have decided to charge for
making the requested information available.

We estimate that the maximum charge will be $720 + GST. Any unused
component of the maximum charge will be refunded to you.

Before we proceed further with your request, please confirm your agreement
to the charge and pay $360 + GST as a deposit, with the balance to be paid
on release of the information. Once we receive your agreement to pay this
charge we will issue the invoice.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
[1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

If you wish to discuss this decision with us, please feel free to

Dear LGOIMA Requests,

Please note my original request has not been answered
1. a partial reply was received on the 14th November for the current year
2022
2. I responded in 14th November highlighting you had only given one years
grants and not all the grants for each year 2010 onwards I also requested
confirmation my request for that the information be delivered by 17
November 2022 as required by legislation
3. It is now 21 November and I have not had a response

4. please acknowledge this follow up email - Confirming receipt
5. please provide the details of all grants as per original request
