Learning Media is a State-Owned Enterprise and subject to the Official Information Act. Under Schedule 1 of the OIA, related companies of State enterprises (defined in s2(1A) as an NZ registered company directly or indirectly wholly owned or controlled by an SOE) are also subject to the OIA. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* a list of all related companies of Learning Media, including for each one a contact email address.
