Dear Chris
I have attached all the aerial imagery for 2021, 2017, 2014 and 2011 (as
this is what our GIS system stores, I cannot guarantee that these images
are from the same date each year). The aerial imagery for 2017 in
Morrinsville was not working so we are unable to show the imagery for
that.
Also attached is a spreadsheet of all the burials that occurred from 2010
to now. We do not have the data to identify the number of burials within
the age ranges you have identified as we do not track this information in
our system.
We have the ability to determine ages but due to the substantial time
required we would need to charge for this, especially given that some of
this information is still in hard copy. We have checked with our officers
and they estimate it will take a maximum of 8 hours to collate and
prepare this information for release. Unfortunately, if you would like
this information we will need to charge staff time to collate it for you.
Under LGOIMA we are able to charge for the time to collate information,
our charge out rates are (GST inclusive):
· Time (first hour or part thereof) – no charge
· Time (after first hour, per half hour or part thereof) -
$38.00
· Pages copied - first 20 A4 (or smaller) pages free, Over
20 pages/per page – black and white $0.50 A4, $1.00 A3
· Cost of CDs, video, tapes, printing larger than A4 and
other materials or viewing arrangements requested - Actual cost
The maximum cost will be $608. If you would like to go ahead with this
request please let me know and we will supply it within 20 working days of
receiving your payment. Please supply a billing address.
If you are dissatisfied with what has been stated above, you have the
right, by way of making a complaint to an Ombudsman (under section 27(3)
of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987), to
seek an investigation and review of Council’s decision, more information
on this process can be found at [1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz.
Kind Regards
Ellie
