standard salary bands for full-time salaried staff.

 

If you have any concerns in relation to this response then you are able to
raise these with the Ombudsman in accordance with Section 27 (3) of the

Dear Southland District Council,

Can you please provide the following information:

If you use a system of standard salary bands for full-time salaried staff:

1. What are those bands for the current year, including minimum, 100%, and
maximum pay values, and the average amount actually paid?
2. What are the job titles (including team/business unit) in use for
full-time salaried staff?
3. Which band or bands does each of those job titles fall into, and for
each job title+band how many people fall into that combination?

If you are able to provide this information in Excel or other spreadsheet
form that would be greatly appreciated.
