Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

 

According to CBC, part of the Canadian state media, in February 2015, an
employee of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) trafficked
three British girls- 15, 15, and 16 years old respectively- into Syria for
the purposes of sex, where they were repeatedly raped by older men. CSIS
attempted to cover this crime up, and according to Canadian reporting,
nobody in the hierarchy which organized the trafficking has been subject
to discipline.

Recent media reports indicate that employees of this CSIS organization who
likely were involved in the chain of command overseeing the sex
trafficking operation are meeting in Queenstown, as part of the broader
'Five Eyes' group.

 

1) Was DPMC involved in the organization of this visit by members of CSIS,
an organization that Canada's own state media acknowledges is involved in
child sex trafficking, to New Zealand? If so, please disclose all
documents related to this.

2) What is DPMC's policy on child sex trafficking?

3) What is DPMC's policy on ISIS, the organization that CSIS were
supporting by supplying their members with child sex slaves?
