Dear Ministry of Social Development,

On 25 August 2014 you received a letter by courier for the attention of Jay Van Uffelen,
Manager, Specialised Processing Services.

I subsequently received a telephone call apologizing for the lack of response to my earlier emails on the same topic, i.e. exactly how you have calculated my New Zealand Superannuation benefit since it commenced.

Despite assurances that my request was being taken seriously and had been allocated to a staff member to reply, I still do not have the information I requested.

The twenty working days that you are allowed under the Official Information Act have now expired.

Please provide the information without further delay or I will file a complaint with the Ombudsman.
