World Assembly of Local and Regional Governments
Melanie Lorraine Petrowski made this Official Information request to Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet did not have the information requested.
From: Melanie Lorraine Petrowski
Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
No doubt the PM and/or cabinet know who, if any, mayors or councillors from around New Zealand attended the World Assembly of Local and Regional Governments in New York from 26 to 28 April 2022, mandated by the UN General Assembly?
If so, may I please have the attendees list?
From this website linkhttps://www.global-taskforce.org/mayors-... it says "The Global Taskforce of Local and Regional Governments is putting efforts in drawing more attention to the New Urban Agenda as a critical building block for the achievement of the SDGs"
We need to know if the UN's SDG's are going to be pushed through our local councils, and is Three Waters part of it?
Thank you
Melanie Petrowski
