thorough search through our email archive and weren’t able to locate the
original OIA request that was sent. We have instead located the request on
the FYI website

This request has been assigned to promptly determine how long it will take
to deliver on. We will be in contact again shortly to inform you of the
timeframe on the following information under the Official Information Act
1982 (the Act):

In April-May 2022, Auckland Council carried out an initial period of
public consultation for a proposed intensification plan change. I am
writing to request a copy of the submission you made (if any). It would
most likely have been dated early May, as the consultation period closed
on 9th May.
